The End of Wedding Enslavement!

My brother is married! Congratulation! There's too much picture and I'm too lazy to look at them and post them in facebook. Haha... But the good news is that I'm free from wedding enslavement and back to writing. Probably going to update my story in middle of June?

#6 Wedding Preparation

Oha Lucky!

This week I've been decorating umbrellas!

Those fancy umbrella for wedding is quite expensive.

So, we decided to buy some cheap, plain umbrella and decorate them.

This is how they look before decorated.

And this is how they look after decorated. With laces and beads.

I'm not so good with stitching, so, the design is really simple.

#5 Wedding Preparation.

I've been busy with more wedding preparation this week! 

More chocolates to be made. In fact, I've been working on chocolates for three days straight!!

My foot hurt from standing up too long.

Went shopping for flowers and plants with my mother earlier this week...

The weather was super hot!!

Oh! It's 17 days to the wedding day~ *__*

Oh... The tension is here...

Although I don't feel it that much! Haha...

But, watching my mum's face with worry as we haven't done with posting the wedding invitation cards... I knew that the wedding is getting near....

That is my brother's hand.

I probably will join my mum into the dark force next week with more chocolate making...

Wedding is a tiring thing. Which reminds me to Lindsey Kelk I Heart New York that I read a few days ago... It says something like this: it took a whole lot of time to for wedding preparation and the wedding ends in just a few hours. Or something like that. Haha...

#3 Wedding Preparation

24 Days to go to the wedding day...

I've been busy last week with other wedding - preparing 4 boxes of fruit tartlet. I hate making the pastry for mini tartlet. Because they're too small and there are a lot of them... And waiting for them to bake in the oven... *sighs*

And this week, I shall get busy with another wedding too. I'm going to make pastillage box. They took days to prepare. But with hot weather, I think the pastillage is going to dry a lot more quick!

I made these yesterday. Weird looking flowers made of royal icing. There are 100++ of turquoise flower and 100++ of the yellow one. The shape are sooo inconsistent. Haha.. 

I miss writing fiction! And getting reviews...

I'm making these for this week!

Chocolates as the door gift!!! I'm using compound chocolate though... because I'm too lazy~

Then, we started to pack them into small boxes. Each boxes contains two chocolates :)

There are still hundreds of chocolates to be prepare DX I'm so tired now...
